The girl who takes my order these days has been there since opening day so I'm struggling to see how after a year or so of being at one job you're still adjusting to the flow. Hate to be a jerk.
I've refrained from publicly addressing my concerns because of how much respect I have for the two amazing ladies previously mentioned (and also because I think people who whine about fast food flukes are petty) but here it goes..
not as busy as it used to be which is nice. great food but the service could be better.
Every day I receive something different and it is rarely (lol if ever) what I asked for. The only thing that's always right is the fact that I'm receiving coffee.
The order on the receipt is usually written correctly it's just the contents of the drink I receive that are almost always wrong.
It to us and hour to get 5 cups of coffee this morning. I don't know if I would go back there again. We went to there about two weeks ago and had to wait 20 minutes for 2 cups of coffee. They don't have enough help at the Thurmont store. Everybody was saying the same thing.

Emily(with gauges) and Sara are the best dynamic duo ever! They always get my order right and are super friendly! They always hear me out when I have a comment or concern and are very quick to address the situation.
Every day I order the same thing (a cold brew coffee with some type of flavor, cream/sugar and a turbo shot).
I really hate people who complain about food service but when it's always the same girl making the same mistakes for the same order every single day, it becomes frustrating- especially when you spend $5/day on coffee that isn't made the way it was ordered.
Since I've been starting my day later than I used to, my order has been incorrect on a daily basis(literally). No joke.
The management is very unprofessional at this location. The training on new employees is extremely poor and affects the service tremendously! The lack of training causes the wait time to be even longer than it should be. There have been multiple occasions when I order food and the whole order is made completely wrong. The management fails to correct the issue or much less apologize to us. We are very unhappy with this location!
