I had a pretty bad day looking for a specific truck at other dealers. I drove to Pittsburgh, Harrisburg, Lancaster, Baltimore, etc looking for specific vehicles. Stopped in, took the truck for a quick test drive after catching up, and knew that was the truck. Mike Boyce made the process simple. I explained where I needed to be, and Mike made it happen - but he also explained the process, where they were, and what they could do. Simple. No games, no wasting time. I buy vehicles often and knew what to expect from sales people - none of which I got from Mike. We went to lunch (at Mountain Gate, best place to eat ever) and came back to a freshly detailed truck, ready to go (after signing paperwork). If you are in the market for a vehicle - 100% would talk to Mike. Hands down, best experience buying a vehicle to date.

This buying experience was amazing. When I walked in on Saturday, I had no intentions on buying, even though I had driven for about 3 hours from Pittsburgh to get to the dealership. After the test drive and sitting down and talking about all of my options, I was confident that Clayton was one of the only people from any of the dealerships I've talked to that actually knew anything about the Volt. He was extremely informative, and just a genuinely nice guy. I loved the dealership, wish I lived closer so I could stop in for all y routine services. I will 100% recommend this dealership to everyone I know, not just because the prices are unbeatable, but because the entire staff was excellent. They stayed late and worked with me through the whole process, and made sure I was well informed every step of the way. 10/10 - these guys are all a stand up crew.
I honestly thought their customer service could have been better... The sales man was more intimidating than he was welcoming… In the finance office there was a lot of word play with additional fees and add-ons. I dealt with them because they had a vehicle I've wanted for years and I knew if I didn't jump on it was going to disappear.
Watch out for shady tricks! I was offered a fair amount for my trade in. But when I sat with the finance guy (Jeff if I remember correctly) they had a much lower number for the trade, and I didn't catch it! They basically stole my trade in for almost 2k less than the agreed on price! I will give them the chance to make this right, and if they do it will show this was an honest mistake and I'll update this review. If you still see this review, know they stole from me...
