I'm extremely picky when it comes to doctors and chose to stay with Catoctin Medical Group rather than trying to find a pediatrician when my children were born. The entire staff has proven to me time and again that I made the right choice. I've almost always been able to get same day appointments for sick visits and rarely had to wait more than 10-15 minutes in the waiting room.
If you are looking for a practice with no follow through you found it. The Doctors are good but the office workers and nurse are in no rush to return your phone calls or follow up.
